The Flutter Orb is an orb in Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7. It is known as the Wiggler Capsule in Mario Party 5, where it can be thrown to a space on the board or used on the player for 20 coins. Its effect is that of the Magic Lamp, where Wiggler appears on a flower, asking if the player wants him to take them to the Star Space which has the star. If the player says "Yes", the Wiggler turns into a Flutter, and he flies them to the Star Space. In Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7, it becomes an Orb that players can only use on themselves. It costs thirty coins at the Orb Shop. Again, the effect remains the same.
In Mario Party 6, the Flutter Orb can only be bought on the two boards Towering Treetop and E. Gadd's Garage. In Mario Party 7, it can only be bought at the Grand Canal and Bowser's Enchanted Inferno! boards.
