The Light Dancer is Princess Daisy's unlockable signature kart in Mario Kart DS. It is a pinkish-red variant of the Light Tripper. Its stats are much different than the original Light Tripper. It is one of the lightest karts, which makes it easy to get knocked off the track by heavier karts. The Light Dancer shares the same speed as the Shooting Star.
The kart is unlocked for Mario and Bowser as well when the player gets gold trophies in all Nitro or Retro Courses in 150cc, and becomes available for everyone else when gold trophies are obtained in every cup in 150cc Mirror Mode.
