Rocket Flowers are collectibles that first appear in Super Mario Odyssey. They are very similar to the Turbo Nozzle from Super Mario Sunshine and the Dash Pepper in Super Mario Galaxy 2, in that Mario temporarily gains speed and becomes able to run on water and up steep inclines. The effect wears off once the Rocket Flower's power is exhausted, if Mario bumps into any object, or does a ground pound. Mario can use up to three Rocket Flowers at a time, each one adding to the amount of time the power lasts. The power is activated by Cappy returning to Mario after being thrown at the flowers. They appear throughout the Wooded Kingdom after Mario defeats Spewart. They also appear in the Seaside Kingdom, Moon Kingdom, Mushroom Kingdom, and in other kingdoms' bonus rooms.
At the end of the game, Mario tries to offer Princess Peach a Rocket Flower over Bowser's Piranha Plant Bouquet.
