A buzz saw[1] is a purple Grinder-like obstacle found in Yoshi's Story. They are found en masse in Mecha Castle and Lift Castle, while a few also appear in Magma Castle. They make a Yoshi lose 3 petals of their health when touched, and can be found either stationary or in motion on a track. Buzz saws can also be found submerged into the ground or walls, requiring a Yoshi to jump or crawl past them to avoid getting hurt.
