Why should this be merged with Fireball? I'm seeing a Japanese name being a more generic "fireball", but this one does seem like a more specific named move that shoots fireballs. :Because it's a generic fireball move that is analogous to the game's basic "jump" special move. Also, the game's "flowers" which allow it seem to be a more broad Fire Flower stand-in (compare them to early artwork of Fire Flowers).
