A Sniper Bill is a large, flexible Bullet Bill that appears in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. These enemies roam the halls of Bowser's Castle, attacking intruders. However, instead of flying through the air like a normal Bullet Bill, a Sniper Bill will stand in one place and attack intruders with a Super Scope. Sniper Bill will both fire bullets from the Super Scope and fly into intruders themselves (like a regular Bullet Bill). If a scope on a brother is small, the bullet will hit before the Sniper Bill. If the scope is large, the opposite is true. Like other members of the Koopa Troop, these enemies unknowingly aided Bowser's enemy, the evil Cackletta, in her attack on the Beanbean Kingdom.
