Eye Sore is a Battle minigame found in Mario Party 3. Its name comes from the term "eye sore," which is used to describe something or someone that is ugly.

Gameplay

Players have to run circles around Big Mr. I to shrink him down size by size; they have to complete 15 laps to make Big Mr. I vanish completely. As the minigame progresses, Podoboos will fall down onto the floor and move around, waiting to be touched by a player; if a Podoboo is untouched, it will disappear. If a player bumps into Big Mr. I or a Podoboo, that player gets stunned and loses time. It is possible for a player to bump into Big Mr. I and get hit by a Podoboo while still stunned. The first player who finishes 15 laps wins 70% of the coins.

Trivia

  • This is the only minigame where characters only utter their secondary despair shouts when they get attacked. This is more noticeable with Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Wario, whose secondary despair shouts are different from their primary ones.
