Spearhead is one of Wario-Man's microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase.
Gameplay
The game involves Wario playing a game with a spear and a target near him as people watch in the background. Wario will face the spear up and down and the player must tap the button while Wario faces the target. If the spear hits the target, the player wins the game. However, if the player presses the button while Wario is facing up or down too much, the spear doesn't hit the target and the player loses.
