A Ninja is a skilled black-clad warrior who fights for the Smithy Gang in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. In battle, Ninjas are really fast and fight by flinging shuriken at their enemies. They also wield kunai to attack opponents. Although it does not have any special attacks, it does have many resistances and high special defense, making physical attacks more useful. After a Ninja loses all its Hit Points, it will perform one more desperate attack before dying. They are often accompanied by Hippopos in battle. A Ninja is also the factory chief of Smithy's Factory.
