Layout
As soon as the player enters the level, the hotel manager will tell Mario that the electric goop is back and tells him to help clean it up within a time limit of three minutes. A large portion of the beach and terraces are covered in the electric goop (which is graffiti shaped like a Boo) and the player only needs to clean a majority of it. The player can use the Water Barrels around the beach, or spin the Control Stick and press to spin on the ground and spray water in a large radius. Once enough of the goop is cleaned up, the timer will stop and the player has to go talk to the hotel manager to get the Shine Sprite. Failing timer limits and goop is not cleaned will make lose a life and start over.
