I probably would have just demoted the patrollers if I was Cobold, but I'm glad he went the other way! Yeah, the patroller rank has been removed, I believe it's because of PokemonDP's recent proposal to give us more power. It passed, making the only difference between patrollers and sysops that the patrollers didn't have access to some of the most elite features, including the Sysop forum... which I have yet to find. I have one too many personal images, and was thinking of re-uploading the GIF to Userpedia, and removing it from here. HOWEVER! Externally link the images you want to keep via direct link. Then they will still show, but they can be deleted from the wiki database. Abandon images with the {{personal-image-abandoned}} template. Remember that two sig images count as your one sig image + one personal image. Making the sacrifice in your signature, if that is the case with you, will help. If a week has passed and there are still >4 images remaining, a sysop will randomly choose image(s) to delete to put you at 4. You could lose what you want to keep permanently if you don't have the image backed up, so please make your choices as soon as possible. I always thought damsel meant "in need of rescue", but I looked it up, and it generally refers to "females in need of rescue".
