The scope is so vague that it might as well be unattainable, and no, I don't think defining the scope would help matters at all. - I think it should just be for sibling groups, like the Goomba Bros., Jellyfish Sisters, and Henry and Orville, not everyone who happens to have a brother or sister. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 13:36, December 16, 2021 (EST)
