Template:Minigame-infobox Paint Misbehavin' is a 2-vs.-2 and Duel minigame in Mario Party 8 and a 2-vs.-2 minigame in Mario Party Superstars. Its name is a pun on the title of the song "Ain't Misbehavin'."
Introduction
The players are shown standing on a gigantic desk with art materials. A group of Goombas on a stack of books comes toward them as they hop into their paintball machines, and the game starts.
Gameplay
Each team or player competes to paint the eleven Goombas roaming around the square stage in their color by shooting paintballs at them. Goombas can be "repainted" if hit by a different-colored paintball. The paintball machines are restricted to opposite sides of the stage, and teammates cannot move past each other. Hitting opponents with paintballs will stun them briefly. The team or player that has more Goombas painted in their color when time runs out wins. A tie can occur only if an even number of Goombas is painted.
Ending
On the stage, the winning character(s) celebrate(s) as they walk back to the paintball machines, while the losing player(s) sulk(s) before they run around to avoid being shot at by the winning player(s). If the minigame ends in a tie, all characters will sulk and look dejected. This ending returns in Mario Party Superstars.
