Should pages for the Pokemon that appear in the background?

We have pages for anything that appears in the background of other Smash Bros. stages, shouldn't we then have pages for Cubone, Dugtrio, Skarmory, Hoppip, and Drifloon?

No, I tried to do that with the Saffron City Pokémon, and it got moved to the Pokémon article. So, all those lists go there, apparently. My Bloody Valentine
