Like with the majority of the Croacus family, Squirpina XIV isn't given an in-person appear in the game; instead, they are only given physical representations. In the formers' case, they appear on a group of portraits, while Squirpina appears in the form of a statue. If the Croacus family is in the list despite having a representation, then I believe Squirpina should be there as well.
