Happy! Mario 20th Super Mario Bros. was an event that took place in 2005, celebrating twenty years since the start of the mainline Super Mario series with the release of Super Mario Bros. in 1985. The celebration was succeeded in 2010 by the Super Mario Bros. 25th Anniversary.
