Arm Rotor is the side special move of R.O.B. in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It's a spinning move that hits the opponent a few times. It causes R.O.B. to move forward a little whilst spinning, similarly to the Ice Climbers' Squall Hammer. It can also deflect projectiles.
