Gameplay
The objective is to place a Megavitamin in the right place to clear the bottle of Viruses. If cleared quickly enough, the Virus in the magnifying glass will disappear right before the microgame ends. If the Megavitamin was incorrectly placed, it will act as if the player got a Game Over, with the Virus laughing and Dr. Mario shrugging, ending the microgame in a loss.
- 1st level difficulty: The player must place the capsule on top of the Viruses.
- 2nd level difficulty: The player must place the capsule between the Viruses horizontally.
- 3rd level difficulty: The player must place the capsule between the Viruses vertically.
