(this particularly janky description of the emblem has literally been untouched since the article became split from the general Kart article in 2016. gave it some MUCH needed rephrasing and nixed the seemingly unrelated mario party mention (bowser's emblem is much more prolific than "just the bowser spaces in mario party usually" it turns out???))

The Standard BW is Bowser's standard kart in Mario Kart DS. It features an orange frame with a white finish, and its default emblem is the Bowser symbol (a red, stylized image of his head on a black background). It has one of the highest speeds possible, tying with the Standard RB, but also very low acceleration and handling, matching the Hurricane.
