Slope Slide (sometimes called Sliding Down a Slope or Slide) is a move used by Mario and Luigi when they duck on a slope in Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World and New Super Mario Bros. They then sit down sliding down it with speed, and are invincible to most enemies. Sometimes in levels, the course is dangerous to slope slide, because going so fast down a slope may lead to an abyss.
Trivia
- Hammer Mario is the only transformation that cannot Slope Slide.
