- Not to be confused with Clock-Watcher.
Clock Watchers is a 4-Player Mic minigame found in Mario Party 7. Its name is a play on "clock" and both forms of the word "watch" (which can be a noun meaning "a device that measures time" or a verb meaning "to observe").
Introduction
The Goomba-filled audience cheers as the players run onto the stage.
Gameplay
The announcer gives each player a set time to aim for, which is shown on the large clock. The players have to say "Stop" into the Mic after an amount of time as close to said amount as possible has passed. After three seconds, the timer will disappear, forcing players to keep track themselves. The player who comes closest to their target time wins.
Ending
The crowd cheers as the winner does their victory animation and the losers sulk.
Controls
- Mic – Say: "Stop"
In-game text
- Rules – "Stop the timer as close to the target time as you can."
- Advice – "Once the timer disappears, keep counting in your head."
