A similar minigame appears in Mario Party 2 and Mario Party 4 as Bowser's Big Blast and Bowser's Bigger Blast, respectively. Aesthetics-wise, this game is also similar to Mario Party 5's Defuse or Lose.
Introduction
Two Shy Guys in cranes each put a Big Bob-omb on a stand on each side of the minigame's location. There are five switches in front of each of the stands, with cables leading to the other side, and the two players each go to one of the sides.
Gameplay
This game is purely a game of chance. The objective is to blow up the Big Bob-omb on the other side. To do this, the players must press one of the switches in front of them to light the fuse.
