Howzit.
Howzit is a shopkeeper in Super Paper Mario. He has shops all over the place, including Flipside, Yold Town, and even Outer Space (it should be noted that the Outer Space shop only sells candy bars, and the player cannot store or pick things up, or earn shop points). However, in Flopside, Notso runs a shop instead. Howzit frequently uses the word "gooood" as his catchphrase.
