The Item Seal is an item in Mario Kart Arcade GP and Mario Kart Arcade GP 2.
The Item Seal is a lock-on item. Upon being hit by the Item Seal, a racer will be unable to use items for a short period of time, though it is still possible to pick up items from an Item Box. While affected by the Item Seal, the racer will be surrounded by red rings of energy.
