While you have the right idea, and Wikipedia may likely have the correct date, please remember that it should not be cited as a source of information - Wikipedia is a wiki, much like this one, whose information is compiled from other primary sources rather than acting as a primary itself. As such, perhaps you could try looking for a citation on the article you linked and use that instead. --

Titles[edit]
Please keep in mind that game and series titles (e.g. Super Mario World, "the first Donkey Kong game") should be formatted in italics, per MarioWiki:Manual of Style#Italicizing titles.
