Fire, Bro! is a Special challenge in the Challenge Mode of New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. Its name is a play on Fire Bro, the enemy that appears in this challenge. The difficulty of the challenge is ranked at one star.
Objective
The challenge takes place in a tower, presumably Crushing-Cogs Tower because of the color scheme, but with the Enemy Course music playing. The player must survive up to 15 seconds of Fire Bros. tossing fireballs while remaining on a single block on a bed of spikes. If the player is hit by a fireball or touches the spikes before 15 seconds have elapsed, the challenge is failed.

- Gold Medal: 40.00 or longer
- Silver Medal: 25.00 or longer
- Bronze Medal: 15.00 or longer

Trivia
- If the player builds up speed by kicking off of the left wall and bouncing off the block Mario stands on, they can jump on both Fire Bros, kick off the right wall and then ground pound on the bare block.
