It is widely regarded as one of the best courses in all Mario Kart games, mostly because of its simplicity. The course is a huge oval that's so small multiple laps are needed to finish; 7 in Double Dash!! and 5 in Mario Kart DS.
Most players use it as a battle arena by letting loose a lot of items. Since it's so small, the track is often littered with shells, banana peels, and other items in the later laps. One half is blue and the other is pink.
