The Red Fire is Mario's kart in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It is a default middleweight kart when the game is started. Like Mario, this kart shows all average stats of the plumber.
In Mario Party 8 there is a car painted on the finish line in the Moped Mayhem game. This car looks very, very similar to the Red Fire. The car is even red and blue.
