Mario Kart 7 Koopa Cape

Koopa cape is a retro track in mk7 and a blue shell can be driven through. mario kart 7 should be the latest appearance and not bowsers inside story. it is not a giant blue shell, because that is from mario strikers charged. and this shell is much bigger. either leave my edit or make a new article called "Humongous drivable through blue shell".

Yoshi Wings

Rewrite Requested

A Rewrite was reqested so I rewrote it and I want to see if it meets quality standards. Also, I want to know if I should remove the Pirate Goomba line (Blue shells are blue koopa troopa shells) in the opening.
