Layout
The level begins with a single Warp Pipe spawning Dry Bones Shells, which Mario must enter in order to cross the lava. Mario will soon come across a ? Block containing a Super Mushroom. After passing three Fire Bars and a Dry Bones, Mario can enter a small area hidden behind the lava and earn a 10-Coin. Mario will then pass a long clockwise-spinning fire bar and another Warp Pipe spawning Dry Bones Shells. Mario must travel past some Lava Bubbles and make his way to the Checkpoint Flag. A Big Dry Bones tower follows, along with a split path, with the bottom path leading to a Warp Pipe where Mario can get a 10-Coin, and the top path leading to a corridor with two more Fire Bars. After passing Bowser, Mario must hit the axe to clear the level.
