Polari, the advisor of Princess Rosalina.
Polari is a brown/black Luma whom appears in Super Mario Galaxy. Polari is the elder of all Luma, and is Princess Rosalina's most trusted advisor. He knows all about the observatory, and guides to Mario showing him a map of the space.
Polari is a bit like to Toadsworth, the advisor of Peach, and Lady Lima, the advisor of Queen Bean, because Polari is the advisor of Rosalina, and old.
Polari's name comes from the star "Polaris", or the North Star.
