The '''Kooper-Dooper Raiser-Upper''' is an invention made by [[Kooky von Koopa]] in ''[[The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3]]'' episode "[[Up, Up, and a Koopa]]". It was able to shoot a laser that causes what ever it hits floats into the air. [[Bowser|King Koopa]] and Kooky planned to use to conquer [[Sky Land]], but were stopped by [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]]. While in Sky Land, Mario set it in reverse and sent them and the [[Doomship]] crashing back to [[Dark Land]]. It is unknown what happened to it after they were defeated. The Kooper-Dooper Raiser-Upper is an invention made by Kooky von Koopa in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Up, Up, and a Koopa". It was able to shoot a laser that causes what ever it hits floats into the air. King Koopa and Kooky planned to use to conquer Sky Land, but were stopped by Mario and Luigi. While in Sky Land, Mario set it in reverse and sent them and the Doomship crashing back to Dark Land. It is unknown what happened to it after they were defeated. It may have been destroyed when the Doomship crashed.
