Looks like an actual anvil.
Anvil Man is an enemy found in Yoshi's Safari.
It is a flying enemy that is shaped like an anvil. It also throws horseshoes at Mario and Yoshi. Mario must use this enemy to defeat Wendy O. Koopa as she pops out from the pipes. To defeat this enemy, when the Anvil Man faces at Mario preparing to throw Horse hoods at Mario, shoot the face and the enemy will fall down into a pipe or Wendy to defeat her.
