The Lucky Charm is a special item only found in Mario Party 3. It could not be bought in an item shop or won in an item game. However, players could get it by buying an Item Bag at an item shop or meeting Toad on an Item Space.
The player could use the Lucky Charm on himself, enabling to play a Game Guy's mini-game to win coins. However, he was also able to force one of the other players to play a Game Guy game, hoping for that player to lose all his coins in it.
