Goldbob's Guide is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. In order to use the cannon in Fahr Outpost, you must have permission from Goldbob and General White. If you confirm you will give every coin you have for Goldbob's permission (you won't have to actually pay), he'll give you this as a sign of approval. It apparently contains instructions for the Bob-omb Cannon.
