- New information about Luigi's Mansion 3 (pictured) and Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 was revealed at E3 2019. Additionally, the Hero from Dragon Quest and Banjo & Kazooie were confirmed as playable DLC in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, coming out in summer and fall of 2019, respectively.
- Fire Piranha Plant and Dry Bowser were announced as new DLC characters for Mario Tennis Aces on May 30, 2019. They will be available to players who participate in the June and July tournaments, respectively, and will be available to everyone on July 1, 2019, and August 1, 2019, respectively.
