The Hoohooligans are an elliptical people that inhabit Hoohoo Village. Their body structure is very comparable to a cactus, but they are most likely designed after upright beans. The Hoohoo civilization, who are said to be ancient Hoohooligans, wrote jokes in an ancient language called Hooroglyphs and constructed Hoohooros. An old Hoohooligan runs the Mysterious Mine Carts minigame.

In Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, Hooskis that resemble brown Hoohooligans appear.
