Trivia
- In this game, Kritter was called Kremling. This is because, besides King K. Rool, Kritters were the only Kremlings in the game.
- The medals for the Jungle Jam Tournament are obviously DK Coins, but they are never referred to as such and are only called medals.
Sequel
The game has a sequel coming out for the Nintendo DS, called DK: Jungle Climber. It came out on September 10.
