Probably from them being a Lakitu in a Pipe. -GloopMaster

Found some pictures, and the Super Mario Encyclopedia treats them as the same enemy each other. (the book was originally released in Japan, so it might be considered as a normal Lakitu in Japan). Should it be merged? --
