Wario's Woods is the location where the events of the game Wario's Woods take place. The woods are owned by Wario, and at least one of its meadows even features its owner's face. In the game, Wario sent the woods' monsters to overrun the Mushroom Kingdom. Toad, Birdo, and Wanda ventured into the woods (which were the both the first and last areas seen in Round Game mode and the only setting of Vs. Com mode) and defeated Wario. The woods have not been seen since.
Trivia
- As stated above, a meadow in Wario's Woods (this meadow happens to be the setting of the majority of Vs. Com mode) has Wario's face cut out in its grass. Interestingly, the posing of this face appears to be based on artwork from Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land.
