Template:Minigame-infobox Crazy Cars is the first microgame in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!. To unlock it, the player simply has to play the "Introduction" folder.

A revamped version of this microgame is set to appear in WarioWare Gold for Nintendo 3DS.

Gameplay

Wario is standing on the left edge of the platform, and one of three cars come from the right: a potato car, a hot dog car, a watering can car (exclusive to WarioWare Gold), and a shark-like car. The player has to press the A Button button at the right time, causing Wario to jump over the car.

The microgame starts out straightforward, with cars simply moving straight at Wario. However, several more situations arise on harder difficulty levels:

  • The car will stop shortly before hitting the player. In this situation, "normal" jump timing will cause Wario to land on top of the car (this would lead to the player failing the microgame), so the player will have to jump after the car keeps moving again.
  • The car will jump shortly before hitting Wario. In this case, jumping at all will cause Wario to collide with the vehicle. This is similar to the car stopping, but the player must react more quickly to not jump.
  • The text preceding the microgame will read "Dodge?" rather than the normal "Dodge!" The car will begin to drive out to the left, but will stop, then return to the right.
  • The text says "Dodge?" instead of "Dodge!" The car comes out miniature-sized, and merely bounce off of Wario if it touches him.
  • 1st level difficulty: The incoming car drives towards Wario at a normal speed.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The incoming car will either drive towards Wario or stop shortly and move afterwards.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The incoming car will either drive towards Wario, stops shortly and moves afterwards, or jump over Wario. In rare cases the text might say "Dodge?".
