A Nitpicker is a flying enemy who first made its debut in Donkey Kong Jr. Small Nitpickers appear in Level 2, flying at different levels and dropping eggs on Donkey Kong Jr.. Large Nitpickers appear in Level 4, but do not drop eggs on Donkey Kong Junior. Nitpickers did not appear in many mainstream Mario games for several years after Donkey Kong Junior, but in 1994 they reappered in the Game Boy version of Donkey Kong '94.
