A Glurp is a blue, gelatinous enemy encountered by Mario and Luigi in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Glurps reside only in Joke's End and are extremely resistant to all Jump, solo Hammer, and regular Chopper Bros. attacks. The Glurps can be defeated with other Hammer attacks, although their main weaknesses are the Firebrand and Thunderhand attacks.

In battle, a Glurp can attack by charging up and spewing out a poisonous pink cloud which can poison the Mario Bros. It can also bite its target, lowering the brother's defense. The former attack can be dodged by jumping; the latter attack can be countered by hammering. The bite attack may be similar to the Sworm's, the only difference is a Glurp will move in a counter-clockwise direction when biting. When damaged, a Glurp may split into two Glurps, but they will both have the same total HP.

Trivia

• Although not mentioned, Glurps could be a parody of a cold virus. Like a cold virus, Glurps multiply if harmed or threatened, they appear when a person is in poor or cold environments, their attacks makes the Mario bros sick, or poisoned (much like what a virus does inside the body) and are weak to heat or movement. Another fact being is that Glurp's face appearance almost resembles that of the viruses from Dr. Mario.
