A Lakipea.

Lakipeas are Lakitus of the Beanbean Kingdom. The two creatures are nearly identical, the only differences being that the Lakipea has a sprout on its head and a vine covered cloud. Lakipeas toss Sharpeas at passersby, as seen in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.
