==Who owns the rights to the soundtrack?==
Is it Square, Nintendo, Yoko Shimomura, or some combination of them? I want to know if the reason we've never had any Super Mario RPG Smash remixes is because of copyright issues with Square as I know that's the reason Geno's never been in a game since then. But I did ask David Wise who owned the rights to Diddy Kong Racing's music, another game using Nintendo characters but developed by someone else, because I've been wondering the same thing about the lack of Smash DKR remixes, and [https://twitter.com/David_Wise/status/876911443131682816 he said Nintendo owns the rights to that.]

Beware of the Forest Mushrooms...

The Forest Maze article says that the soundtrack calls the Forest Maze theme "Beware the Forest's Mushrooms!", but this article calls it "Beware of the Forest Mushrooms". Because the soundtrack seems to be Japanese, the title may be a result of slightly different translation, but it'd be nice to have a consistent name. Which is correct/more accurate? --YellowYoshi398 23:35, 16 March 2007 (EDT)

Who owns the rights to the soundtrack?

Is it Square, Nintendo, Yoko Shimomura, or some combination of them? I want to know if the reason we've never had any Super Mario RPG Smash remixes is because of copyright issues with Square as I know that's the reason Geno's never been in a game since then. But I did ask David Wise who owned the rights to Diddy Kong Racing's music, another game using Nintendo characters but developed by someone else, because I've been wondering the same thing about the lack of Smash DKR remixes, and he said Nintendo owns the rights to that.
