Armies are little armadillo enemies in Donkey Kong Country, Donkey Kong Land and Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. They attack by rolling into a ball and careening toward the Kongs, but they can be easily defeated by a jump. Army Dillo from Donkey Kong 64 was a giant Army, although the enemy species did not appear.
An Army can be seen near the end of the trailer for the now apparently cancelled game, Donkey Kong Racing. It is possible that an Army could have been one of the game's rideable creatures as other enemy species, such as Zingers were seen to be rideable.
Interestingly Armies make several small appearances as enemies in the Game Boy Color game Conker's Pocket Tales.
