An Arwing in the Subspace Emissary.
Arwings are small battleships from the Star Fox series. They appear in the background of various stages in the Super Smash Bros. series, such as Sector Z, Corneria, Venom and Lylat Cruise. They fly by, creating another platform, or shoot that the players from behind. They are piloted by Peppy Hare and Slippy Toad.
In Super Smash Bros. Melee's Adventure Mode stage Corneria, Arwings are not present in the first battle against Fox or Falco, but charge for a heavy attack in the second battle.
An Arwing was also seen in a screenshot of Super Smash Bros. Brawl's adventure mode, the Subspace Emissary.
