Meteor Melee

It involves the competitors running around a forest at dusk trying to catch meteors falling from the sky with thier pots in order to score the most points. Whoever catches the most meteors wins the minigame. The setting of the minigame seems to take place in a forest-like village of [Woody]]s, as you can see a couple of them next to their wooden houses next to the trees.

Introduction

A red Toad and a blue Toad will walk out onto the field, holding buckets. A star falls into the red Toad's bucket, while the blue Toad is knocked over by a meteor.

Gameplay

In this minigame, the players have 30 seconds to catch as many stars as they can in buckets. Each star is worth one point. Meteors also fall from the sky, and the players must avoid catching them. Catching a meteor will not award the player any points, and it will also cause the player to be knocked over. Once the time runs out, the player who collected the most stars will win.
