Mr. Hammer is a Hammer Bro. who ran the 64th Annual Trivia Quiz-Off on Princess Peach's abducted castle during the events of Paper Mario. Him and his friends were about to start the game, when Princess Peach walked in. They were one player short, so they let her play. Mr. Hammer gave out Sneaky Parasols as prizes for entering, and gave Jammin Jelly for first prize.
