In Chapter 4 of Paper Mario, Toad Town is invaded by Shy Guys, one of whom has stolen this key from Harry T.. (If Mario visits the shop at the beginning of Chapter 4, he will see this Shy Guy running out of the shop, holding the key, and Harry T. saying his key is stolen.) The key is placed at the east end of the Blue Station area of the Shy Guy's Toy Box, in a chest. After getting the key, Mario can return this key to Harry T. or use this key to open the storeroom door directly; in either case, Harry will gratefully allow him to take whatever he wants in the storeroom. The Toy Train item in it then allows Mario to go to the other areas of Shy Guy's Toy Box.

It has been requested that this article be rewritten. Reason: it's overly fanciful and way too long for a key article (tagged on 16 Nov.)

Template:Item-infobox The Storeroom Key is a special item found in Paper Mario. It opens the storeroom in Harry's Shop.

Originally belonging to Harry T., the Storeroom Key is stolen during Chapter 4 when the Shy Guys invade Toad Town. (This can be seen if Mario visits the shop at the beginning of Chapter 4.) The key is then put in a treasure chest at the east end of the Blue Station area of the Shy Guy's Toy Box. After getting the key, Mario can return it to Harry T. or use it to open the door of the storeroom directly; in either case, Harry will gratefully allow him to take whatever he wants in the storeroom. Retrieving the key is necessary as Mario needs the Toy Train in the storeroom to go to the other areas of the toy box.

The Storeroom Key uses the same sprite as the Odd Key.
